Our Valentine’s Day Mocktail with edible flowers!

Although it is not an easy task, coming up with great new mocktails that our customers will love is a favorite task of ours! We love the joy it brings to people when they take a first sip of our beautiful and refreshing drinks.

The process starts with a lot of experimenting, trying different flavors together and having the official taste-tester…aka my husband, Josh…give me feedback. You truly have him to thank for the delicious mocktails from last season! He is the true chef of our house hold.

At our latest event, the Iheart The Rail Trail event in South End, Charlotte NC, we released our newest mocktail - Violets Are Blue!

It is a blend of violet, blueberry shrub syrup (from Craftsman Beverage out of Rock Hill, SC), lemonade and topped off with sparkling water for bubbly finish. We garnish all our mocktails with edible flowers and crushed rose petals - that’s right!

Although we have labeled it our Valentine’s Day special, we plan to offer the drink at our spring pop up events. Find our mobile mocktail cart and plant boutique, as well as our flower cart, at Rock Hill, SC markets and events as well as Charlotte markets and events. We hope to join all the Front Porch Sunday markets in South End, Charlotte in 2024 and some Food Truck Fridays in Rock Hill, SC.
