Basically Valentines Day but with your friends, can we just make this its own holiday please? Because good friends are certainly worth celebrating.

This could be a wine tasting bar, a mimosa bar with an array of juices to choose from, a mocktail bar (cocktails without alcohol), a cocktail bar for guests to create their own, or if you consider yourself a mixologists, maybe you put together premade cocktails for your guests to enjoy.
For an even more memorable Galentine’s day experience, consider using fun glasses or adding interesting toppings like fruit slices, spices, herbs, or our personal favorite - edible flowers! That’s right. There are many flowers that are edible, just be sure to purchase them from a reputable source. We use them here at Botanical House in our botanical mocktails to create a stunning drink!

A flower bar is a station for guests to build a custom bouquet! Offering a craft or activity is a great way to create an experience to remember and give your guests a goody to take home! Not to mention, it is a great way to break the ice if you’re inviting friends from different walks of life.

Make it more fun with snacks that fit the theme of the movie! Or have everyone dress up as a character from the movie. It’ll make for some very entertaining photo ops.
Candle Making Party

Another activity that can be done at home with a little shopping and planning, or out at a local candle bar! If you’re in Charlotte, North Carolina head over to Paddywax Candle Bar. They offer kits to make your own or you can schedule a session at their location!
If you’re in Rock Hill, South Carolina, The Mercantile just opened their own mini candle bar!
Looking to make your own? It’s not as complicated as you’d think. Purchase a kit online or head to your local craft store’s candle-making section to purchase wax, fragrance and wicks.
Food Tour
Create a mini food tour in your city! This option isn’t cheap but it sure is fun and a great way to discover new spots in town! Have everyone submit their favorite restaurants, choose one place from each of the categories below. Then car pool over and get to eating.

Swap Galentine’s Day Gifts
Basically like a white elephant but for Galentine’s Day. Choose a price limit and bring a wrapped item. Come up with a fun game to swap gifts. Everyone walks away with something fun!
